You may return or exchange any item purchased from Shockrula Art Studio within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
